Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prayio mobile application ("App"), provided by Technext ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, downloading, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Prayio is an Islamic prayer companion app that provides:

• Daily prayer time calculations based on your location using verified astronomical algorithms
• Qibla direction finder using device compass and GPS
• Prayer tracking with completion history, streaks, and daily habit monitoring
• Push notification reminders for prayer times with Adhan audio
• Community rooms and accountability features including prayer pacts
• Quran audio recitation and playback
• Achievement badge and reward system for consistent worship
• Friends leaderboard and social accountability features

Prayer times are calculated using established astronomical formulas and are provided for informational guidance. Please verify prayer times with your local mosque or recognized Islamic authority for obligatory worship.

To access certain features, you must create an account via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

You agree to use Prayio responsibly and not to:

• Post content that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or violates any applicable law
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users in community rooms or pacts
• Spread misinformation or content that misrepresents Islamic teachings
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
• Use automated bots, scrapers, scripts, or other unauthorized methods to interact with the App
• Impersonate another person, entity, or religious authority
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination at our sole discretion.

By posting content in community rooms, stories, pacts, comments, or other social features, you grant Prayio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, store, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating and improving our services. You retain full ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for any content you post. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review and remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without prior notice.

All content, features, and functionality of Prayio — including the app design, source code, graphics, logos, animations, audio files, and text — are owned by Technext and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.

"Prayio" and the Prayio logo are trademarks of Technext. All third-party trademarks, service marks, and company names are the property of their respective owners.

Prayio may offer premium features or subscriptions ("Prayio Pro") through in-app purchases. All purchases are:

• Processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms and policies
• Final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or store policy
• Managed by you through your App Store or Play Store account settings
• Subject to change in pricing or feature availability with reasonable notice

Subscription auto-renewal can be managed or cancelled at any time through your device's store settings. We are not responsible for payment processing disputes between you and the app store provider.

Prayio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that:

• Prayer time calculations will be 100% accurate for all geographic locations or in all conditions
• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components
• Any content within the App constitutes official religious advice, fatwa, or guidance
• Qibla direction readings are accurate in all environments (affected by magnetic interference, device calibration, etc.)

We are a technology provider, not a religious authority. Always verify important religious obligations with qualified Islamic scholars or your local mosque. Use the App as a supplementary tool, not your sole source for religious determinations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Technext and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use Prayio
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the App
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any bugs, viruses, or errors in the App or its infrastructure

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Prayio at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, harms other users, or is detrimental to the App community. You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account and ceasing use of the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Prayio after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account before they take effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Technext operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Prayio shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to class action proceedings.
